Update on Negotiations

The University and the National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU) have resumed comprehensive talks towards a new enterprise agreement for staff. The University is working collaboratively with the union and is optimistic that negotiations will lead to a satisfactory conclusion of a new agreement.
Both parties have now agreed on a process and a schedule of fortnightly meetings that will ensure that negotiations can move along efficiently, without impacting adversely on either party’s ability to negotiate a quality agreement for both staff and the University.
