Every effort is made to ensure that external providers included on the list have been highly recommended by members of staff, or by other universities. However, no 'guarantee' is implied, and the decision to engage an external provider is the responsibility of the department. Offers courses specifically for staff working in higher education. They also run a yearly conference addressing tertiary education management issues - Australian Institute of Management (AIM)
Provides management education and training, professional development and information services. (The University holds corporate membership of AIM which entitles staff to a discount on courses). - Centre for Leadership and Management
